Actually returned calls, performed work when said they were going to and at a reasonable price. They had knowledgeable workers and provided good quality workmanship. I am a retired home builder from up north having built over 1,000 homes over 40 years, so I have dealt with many roofing contractors. I can tell you that Apex Roofmasters is a good one that I would recommend.
We had a good amount of damage after Ian last year. After shopping around I called Apex and spoke with Joe who explained everything in detail and made the process easier than I expected. I cannot speak more highly of Apex and owner Dave Appelo! They had some materials supply chain issues post Hurricane Ian, but aside from that "uncontrollable", he and his staff did everything that was required on a timely basis, the work was meticulous and of high quality. Pricing was very fair, and follow up service was near immediate. A very honest fellow, where a handshake is everything. I welcome any questions and would highly recommend them as a referral!
Ian did a number on one of our skylights. It leaked and damaged our bathroom ceiling. Apex temporarily stopped the leak while we waited for the replacement skylight to be delivered. Once the skylight was delivered, they promptly installed. After the repair was completed, they cleaned up and left my yard nicer than before. If you need anything done for your roof, call Apex Roofmasters. You'll be glad you did!
We have used Apex Roofmasters since we built our home, 2017. Dave Apello is the owner. He is very responsive when you call/text. He answers quickly. He accessed the damage to our roof after Hurricane Ian. He determined there was extensive damage. We needed a temporary fix, (with no unsightly blue tarp), as well as a complete roof replacement. He met with us several times to discuss our options. Together, we decided on stone coated steel, by Unified Steel, based in Texas. He was by our side the whole time. He even drove over 100 miles, twice to get materials to finish our roof. Our roof is complete on time, as he promised. I am a local property manager and was dealing with roof damages on several of the homes I am managing after Hurricane IAN.Dave and his employees did take care of most of the repairs and replacements already.My calls during office hours were always taken by a (very kind!) office Manager on the phone.It didn't take longer then a week for getting an appointment for a visit and the estimate for the cost of repair or replacement was in my email immediately after they inspected the roof.The owner did follow up, but I felt never pressured to sign a contract, when the insurance money was not yet in my account.You can feel that this high professional team loves what they are doing -ROOFING-.I strongly recommend APEX Roofmasters, Inc., a local business with extraordinary work ethic.
Apex did a great job replacing my roof after the high winds blew off many of my old shingles. They quality of the workmanship was top notch. The dumpster was picked up in just a few days after the completion. The roof has been up for 4 months now and no more leaks anywhere. Even after the torrentail rains we had in SW Florida this year.The Foreman and owner both kept an watchful eye on the project until it was done to there and my satisfaction.You won't find a more honest and fair Roofer than these guys. They may not be the cheapest but they are the best. The old saying "You get what you pay for". They still gave me a very fair price for all they did for me.Thanks Dave and Chris
